SHIPPING

Flat rate is calculated at the check out for domestic shipping within the United States. If you need shipping outside of the United States please contact me directly at support@ssquilts.com.

TRACKING is included for all regular 500g/Small, 1kg/Medium, 3kg/Large & 5kg/Extra Large parcel post satchels.

EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTIONS If express shipping is available, the option will appear in the checkout.

All orders are sent at your risk as we have no control once we have handed them over to the UPS.

RETURNS

Returns are limited to 30 days after original purchase with a copy of receipt, your e-mail address,

shipping address and phone number. Must be unused and still have original packing and like new condition. Certain items may not be ineligible for returns such as custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item.

For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact me (support@ssquilts.com) within 24 hrs of delivery. Refunds will be processed upon return of products and once the issue has been confirmed, the customer will receive the refund within 5-7 days.
